We’re proud to share that Resia Golden Glades — our newest community in North Miami — has been featured on YIMBY shortly after its official opening.

Construction has now concluded on Resia Golden Glades, a multi-family community that introduces an innovative approach with prefabricated kitchens and bathrooms, designed to deliver high-quality interiors while keeping costs efficient. The development includes 420 apartments across four five-story buildings, with floorplans ranging from one to three bedrooms. Residences span between 610 and 1,025 square feet and are available to households earning up to 120 percent of the area median income (AMI). For example, a one-person household can qualify with an annual income of up to $104,160.

Apartments.com currently lists rents between $2,115 and $3,941 per month. Inside, homes feature modular kitchens and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, wood plank-inspired flooring, and in-unit washers and dryers.

Residents also benefit from a range of community amenities, including a 24/7 fitness center, pet spa, swimming pool, and complimentary Wi-Fi in shared spaces. Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2023, and Resia Golden Glades now joins the growing portfolio of Resia communities in Florida, alongside developments in Miami and West Palm Beach.
