Yes! All our communities are pet friendly. We welcome up to 2 pets (dogs and cats only) with a total combined weight of 50 pounds and some dog breeds are not allowed.
Documentation needed includes photo ID, pay stubs, and bank statement. For properties with a restrictive covenant / AMI requirements, applicants need to include two previous years of tax returns and W-2s. Please review application document examples here.
