Barbara J. Ferrer is a prominent attorney serving as Resia’s outside general counsel. She is a shareholder at Stearns Weaver Miller in the real estate department and banking and finance group.

For more than 25 years, she has represented developers and investors in large-scale projects, including property acquisition, entitlement process, financing, construction, project operations, and project disposition.In her role as general counsel of Resia, Barbara spearheads numerous high-profile real estate ventures, from multimillion-dollar property acquisitions to complex ground lease agreements. Barbara works tirelessly to support Resia’s mission of shaping the housing landscape and opening doors to prosperity for working families across the nation.
