Matt Tall

Matt Tall currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations at Resia. In this capacity, he assumes responsibility for the oversight of the manufacturing process within Resia Manufacturing and plays a vital role in the integration of the automation and robotic systems.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 31 years, Matt has honed his expertise in manufacturing, robotics, and automation through roles at prominent companies such as General Motors, Ford, Mercedes Benz and other distinguished organizations.

He has gained extensive experience in both Brownfield and Greenfield operations and has been instrumental in the development of two prominent electronic vehicle startups.Prior to his tenure at Resia, Matt held the position of Vice President of Global Manufacturing at an electric vehicle startup enterprise. In this role, he successfully managed a workforce of over 400 plant employees and led a team of 50 Advanced Manufacturing Engineers.

Matt's proficiencies encompass a broad spectrum, including Program Management, Product Development, Standardization, ESP Management, and Contract Negotiations, among other critical areas. Furthermore, he holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, underscoring his commitment to excellence in project management. Matt has a Master's Degree in Leadership Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
