Thiago Caixeta

Thiago Caixeta is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Resia. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company’s corporate finance and investor relations. As the CFO, Thiago plays a vital role in the company’s strategic initiatives. He is a member of the senior management team, reporting to the President and CEO.

Prior to joining Resia, Thiago was finance director at MRV—Resia’s parent company, public-traded in Brazil. Previously, he held senior positions at MRV including Corporate Executive Manager of Project Finance and Executive Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Prior to MRV, he worked as an international consultant at Falconi (formerly known as INDG).

Thiago has more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in control and automation engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Brazil and a postgraduate degree in finance from Ibmec. In addition, he holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (institution certified by AMBA and Equis.
