Miami Gardens has become an appealing location for young professionals and working families who are looking for new and thriving, yet affordable neighborhoods in Miami-Dade. From Oak Enclave, residents can easily enjoy the offerings of both Miami-Dade and Fort Lauderdale through various throughways, including I-95, the Palmetto Expressway, and the Florida Turnpike.
Miami Gardens boasts over 14 parks within its borders where residents and visitors regularly engage in sports and outdoor activities. In addition, the City has important economic corridors serving as shopping centers for the furniture trade and automobile industry. It is home to various public and private schools, as well as two major universities, Florida Memorial and St. Thomas Universities.
“Over the last few years, the City of Miami Gardens has experienced a boom of new economic opportunities that have revitalized the community, making it one of the most sought-after cities for living in Miami-Dade County. AHS Residential’s Oak Enclave community is uniquely fit to help the city continue on this path of growth,” said AHS Residential’s director of construction, Rodolfo Guerra.
Miami Gardens also serves as the one of the region’s most active entertainment and culture hubs. It has iconic venues like the Hard Rock Stadium, home field for both the Miami Dolphins and University of Miami football teams, and popular events including the City’s annual Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival.
“Miami Gardens is the third largest city in Miami-Dade County. We are a growing and vibrant community. The economic growth we’ve experienced over the years have allowed us to invest in our own public infrastructure while attracting others to invest. This has helped with the enhancement of our neighborhoods,” said Miami Gardens Mayor Rodney Harris. “Miami Gardens is a great place for families and young professionals to thrive, and housing options such as Oak Enclave will ensure that the City continues to prosper.”
Strategically located with easy access to major transportation hubs, this gated community will include five buildings with a resort-style pool, a full-service fitness center, a clubhouse, a leasing office, and private parking. Residents can choose from modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with high ceilings, a private balcony or patio, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryers.
AHS at Oak Enclave is located at 2301 NW 167th Street and is expected to open to residents in the summer of 2022.
